NYS Emergency Management Office Surveying Local Residents & Businesses

The Town of Bethlehem Emergency Management Office has sent out the below survey link for residents and businesses to report damage from the recent storm.

This is not an application for benefits, but a survey to see if there are sufficient losses to allow for a declaration of emergency, then FEMA possible assistance.
