Public Meeting and Survey for new Grant Proposal

What do you envision along the Delaware Ave corridor? What does your business need to pull in more customers, clients, supporters?

The Town of Bethlehem is planning to apply for one of the NY Forward Grants for the 2+ miles from the Four Corners to the Albany City line, but it needs BUSINESS input for the planning opportunities.

There will be a public meeting, Tuesday, Sept. 13, 6-8 pm at the American Legion, 16 W Poplar Dr, Delmar. You can also take the short survey here.

If successful the grant could provide up to $4.5 million to support a wide-range of capital improvements in the corridor, including redevelopment of existing buildings, façade improvements, public space upgrades and more, as well as branding and marketing investments for the corridor.
