In December 2016, the Town of Bethlehem was awarded additional funding from the New York State Office of Homes and Community Renewal to continue its successful Microenterprise Grant Program, originated in 2014. For the 2016 award, the Town will receive $200,000 to provide grants to eligible Microenterprises, emerging, and existing businesses that want to locate in or expand within the Town of Bethlehem. Grant awards will range from $5,000 to $35,000 and can be used to purchase inventory, machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures and to meet working capital needs.
As of 2018, all funds have been distributed. Please check back, as new funds may become available in the future.
Businesses who are interested in learning more about the Microenterprise Grant Program and the application process but were unable to attend the information sessions, may view the Microenterprise Grant Presentation.
